growing food in transit

Interesting idea from design student Agata Jaworska.

She imagines a world where we shift from thinking about "best before" and move to "ready by", as a new way of food production.

Food could be made in transit and trucks into turned into growing factories!

social hackerism
Great postings! This is yet another example of multilateral collaboration between consumers with little interest in intellectual ownership. This is more than just a trend, this is an evolution from the Protestant Work Ethic to Social Hackerism, where individuals want to be part of the process and do things because it safies them and not because they'll get a paycheck at the end of the week. Brands need to get with the program and allow consumers to get involved! What we'll see in the coming years is a cleansing of brands: The survival of the fitest; or better yet, the survival of the most adaptable to evolution.
