Simon Woodroofe is best known as the creator of London's robot sushi restaurants, Yo Sushi. His latest venture is a hotel concept called Yotel. It's billed as a cross between a first class aircraft cabin and a Japanese capsule hotel. The idea is to offer consumers affordable luxury in central locations that would usually be tricky or difficult environments for traditional hotels.

The rooms, which are a compact 10 square meters, offer flat screen television, wi-fi, luxury bedding and rain showers. The target price for this room is 70 pounds/night or about $130.

It's part of the new micro-luxury trend that seems to be emerging. Luxurious environments in small packages at affordable prices. This house being another example.
